There has been something of a bloodbath in the Tucson, Arizona boardroom of Artisoft Inc, which says that the board has terminated C John Schoof II as chairman of the board and chief executive officer of the company and named William C Keiper as chief executive officer: Keiper, 42, joined Artisoft in January 1993 as president and chief operating officer; a new chairman will be named at this week’s board meeting.
