As per Artificial Life’s anticipation, this emerging platform will soon attract handset manufacturers because of the lower costs for the operating system and expects Android to be successful especially in China due to its Linux base. The company sees the new mobile platform as a natural extension of its business strategy to reach as many mobile devices as possible.
With the recent release of the early access Android SDK by Google, Artificial Life is currently preparing its own cutting edge Smart Engine Mobile Platform technology to support Android applications. The company expects to release its first products for the Android platform in early 2008.
