Electrical accessories and light fittings specialist Arlen Group Plc has agreement for the acquisition of electronic components distributor Highland Electronics Plc in a 21-for-11 share exchange that works out at 93.5 pence a share, UKP8.2m all told, against Highland’s price in the market before Friday’s after-hours announcement of 68 pence.
