ARCHIVE CORP INTRODUCES THE ARCHIVEXL SERIES 20

Costa Mesa, California-based quarter inch cartridge tape drive manufacturer Archive Corp has introduced a 20Mb version of its Archive XL product line, ArchiveXL Series 20, which enables users to back up 10Mb, 20Mb, 40Mb or more of data: the Series 20 tape drive is compatible with QIC-40 format, uses Archive Model 340 media, DC2000-type minicartridges and is available in two versions – internal 5.25 form factor or a 3.5 unit for MS-DOS micros, or external, via a conversion kit; ships this quarter, $329.
