Archive Corp has completed the acquisition of Cipher Data Products Inc so that Cipher, Irwin Magnetic Systems and Optimem join Maynard Electronics as Archive companies; at the same time, Archive drew down $140.2m under its credit facility with Barclays Bank, to repay loans made by Barclays to purchase the outstanding shares of Cipher, for costs and fees related to the transaction and for working capital.
