Westborough, Massachusetts-based Arch Communications Inc reports that it has acquired the assets of a privately-owned paging business in Maine: the acquisition, for an undisclosed cash sum, will add about 17,500 subscribers in service and will be folded into Arch’s Page New England operations, it said.
