Greenbelt, Maryland-based Group 1 Software Inc, provider of mail management and marketing support software, has a letter of agreement to acquire assets of Arc Tangent Inc of Santa Barbara, California, covering all the mail management and related software, customer and distributor lists and the hiring of key technical employees of Arc: Group 1 will honour all subscriptions to Arc Tangent’s Zip++ product and will merge technical support.
