Menlo Park, California start-up Aqueduct Software Inc, which has been working since last May to put together a Web-based program to collect and analyze information from software beta testers, has raised $2.5m in first-round venture capital from US Venture Partners. The cash will be used for the final development and introduction of Aqueduct Application Profiler, scheduled to be ready some time in the spring.
