Apricot Computers Plc’s Sigmex subsidiary has a strategic alliance with the Harris Controls division of Harris Corp under which the companies will jointly market the Harris M9000 human interface for SCADA/EMS, Harris’control interface for electrical transmission and energy management systems, which will run on the Sigmex AS 800 range of graphics workstations, and should be of interest to the growing maket for energy management systems in the UK, West Germany and the Netherlands, where Apricot Sigmex has wholly-owned subsidiaries.
