Apricot Sigmex Ltd has completed the first phase of its contract with the Ministry of Defence to integrate 12 realtime data management and display subsystems in the Skynet 4 satellite communications programme: each subsystem is coupled via parallel interface to a DEC MicroVAX and then they are connected by dual Ethernetwork to a distributed network of computers.
