Ameritech subsidiary Applied Data Research Inc, producer of system software for the IBM mainframe market, announced a record $172.9m turnover for 1987 – an increase of 31% on 1986; there were four new products and 23 product enhancements launched, applications written with ADR software run without modification across all IBM 370-based systems now; the company did not reveal any figures for profit.
