Apple Computer Inc executive vice-president and director Albert Eisenstat resigned from the company and filed a lawsuit against it and chief executive Michael Spindler: Eisenstat, who also served as board secretary, filed the suit over compensation related to his departure from the company, Apple said, adding that the allegations were factually and legally without merit and that they would be defended.
