Microsoft Corp’s Bill Gates also says in his memo (see front) that losing the suit brought by Apple Computer Inc over Windows could be disastrous for the company, and that the Federal Trade Commission investigation into Microsoft Corp’s business practices will use up more executive staff time that the Apple lawsuit has – however I know we don’t get unfair advantages – I hope we can quickly educate the FTC on our business; Gates also said response to customers must improve.
