Apple Computer Inc decided not to oppose a motion for summary judgement in its suit against Microsoft Corp and Hewlett-Packard Co over the look and feel of Windows, but that is still not the end of the affair: summary judgement means the dismissal of the case, but Apple says it intends to pursue it all over again in the appeals court.
