APPLE PRODUCT LAUNCHES SET TODAY

As well as the PowerBook 3400, Apple Computer Inc today plans those new Power Macintosh desktops, a new digital camera and the Newton-based eMate laptop in rugged plastic case, to be sold direct to schools at from $750. The PowerBook 3400 with 233MHz PowerPC 603e has built-in modem and fourspeaker sound and costs $4,500 to $6,500. The QuickTake 200 digital camera is $600.
