APPLE OFFERS REBATES ON THE MACINTOSH SE, IIS, IIX, APPLE IIGS

Those rebates being offered by Apple Computer Inc in the US that had analysts reaching for their red pencils to downgrade their forecasts for the firm (CI No 1,116), range from $100 to $800 and affect the Macintosh SE, IIs and IIx, and the Apple IIGS – but customers have only until March 31 to respond – perhaps there’ll be a better deal launched on April 1 – but it was all bad for $1.25 off the shares.
