Apple Computer Inc has been negotiating a clearance sale deal with ComputerLand Corp to dispose of the excess inventory that hasn’t moved this summer, MacWeek hears: it suggests that that should result in some killer deals for those that would buy, say, a Duo, if the price were just a bit lower; any grand autumn sale is expected next month.
