APPLE MEETS TARGETS BUT HAS NOT CHIPS ENOUGH

And Apple Computer Inc says that while it is meeting targeted sales and profit levels so far this year, it could sell 10% to 15% more machines if only it could get more memory chips – it has enough for its primary manufacturing but work normally farmed out has to be done in house because the subcontractors can’t get hold of enough chips.
