AlphaGraphics Inc of Tucson, Arizona and Phargo Management and Consulting of Toronto, Ontario have set up a joint venture with an unidentified Soviet publishing company to take advantage of relaxed export restrictions to ship low-end Apple Macs to the Soviet Union. According to Newsbytes, the partners look for $1m of business this year.
