The company is blaming poor sales in Japan and Europe, as well as weak demand in the consumer, advertising and publishing markets for the company’s drop in revenues.
Apple issues Q3 profit warning
Apple has revealed that it expects to miss its initial revenue projections for Q3 by around 10%. The fall in revenues is expected to have an effect on Apple's profits for the quarter ended June 30. Apple had predicted that sales for Q3 would be $1.6 billion. It is now expected that sales will only reach a level of between $1.4 and $1.45 billion.
