These numbers are all completely ludicrous of course – only English libel juries routinely make telephone damages awards, but Microsoft Corp says that Apple Computer Inc has amended its damages claim to $5,550m from $4,370m in its copyright infringement lawsuit against Microsoft and Hewlett-Packard Co: the amendment came following revenue information disclosed during the discovery phase of the lawsuit.
