The most devastating number in the dismal catalog trotted out by Apple Computer Inc to accompany its latest slash and burn downsizing is the revenue forecast for the current quarter of just $1.6bn to $1.7bn, a 25% or so decline on the $2.18bn the company achieved this time last year.
