Apple Computer Inc’s Personal Interactive Electronics division has signed up with the Sunnyvale, California-based Paragraph International Inc arm of JV Paragraph of Moscow to use the Russian company’s cursive handwriting recognition technology as part of the Newton; Apple has been working with Paragraph for a couple of years now.
