APPLE CUTS PRICE OF MESSAGEPAD 130

Apple Computer Inc has reduced the price of its MessagePad 130 from $800 to $700. It is also offering Win2Go Office Companion for Newton software free with its MessagePad 130 handheld computer between now and January 31. Purchasers in the US and Canada will be entitled to one free copy of Win2Go software from PICA Information & Management GmbH, having an estimated retail value of $180 to $190.
