The attractions of adding Silicon Graphics Inc’s three-dimensional technology to the Macintosh by making a bid for the Mountain View, California company have been canvassed at Apple Computer Inc according to the Wall Street Journal, which suggests that Silicon Graphics would be unlikely to go quietly given that it rejected a friendly proposal from Compaq Computer Corp.
