Apple Computer Inc has responded to the lawsuit from the Beatles’ Apple Corps alleging that it was moving into the audio market in contravention of a 1981 agreement between the two by saying that the suit is a violation of European anti-monopoly law and claiming that it is basically unfair: the US firm’s complaint will be heard in the UK.
