Apple Computer Inc has plucked Soren Olsson from its Swedish operation, where he has been in charge since 1984, to be president of Apple Computer Europe Inc in succession to Michael Spindler, now the company’s chief operating officer and executive vice-president, to whom Olsson continues to report.
