Apple Computer Inc, America OnLine Inc and Medior Inc yesterday launched a new interactive shopping service, 2Market Inc, to be offered in CD-ROM format as well as on Apple’s eWorld on-line service and on America OnLine: as well as thousands of products and services, it will feature on-line discussions with musicians whose music is sold through the service, and purchases can be made by modem, by telephone through a toll-free number, or by facsimile machine; Macintosh and Windows users will be able to subscribe to the service for $20 which includes four CD-ROMs issued over a 12-month period, 2Market noted.
