Apple will reportedly launch its white iPhone 4 in two weeks.

Bloomberg has reported citing people familiar with the matter that suppliers have started making white iPhones after a 10-month delay.

The white iPhone 4 launch was postponed after the company found that the white paint was unable to withsatand heat.

Last June, Apple had said, "White models of Apple’s new iPhone 4 have proven more challenging to manufacture than expected, and as a result they will not be available until the second half of July [2010]."

Apple senior vice-president of marketing Phil Schiller had said in March that the white iPhone would hit stores by this spring.

The new phone model will be available in the US on AT&T and Verizon Wireless by the end of this month. Hon Hai Precision Industry is believed to be the company assembling the iPhone, said a source.
