Australian & Overseas Telecommunications Corp has been awarded a $28.6m contract to install a satellite and cellular telephone network in Cambodia for use of United Nations peace-keepers in the ravaged country: it will initially install nine earthstations at primary sites and will add 15 more towns and district centres in the second phase.
