The contract represents Aon’s first facility management outsourcing initiative in the United Kingdom (UK).

Under the contract, Johnson Controls will supply fully integrated facilities management services to more than 100 sites around the UK, comprised primarily of office environments. The contract promotes a partnership approach with guaranteed savings and built-in flexibility that enables Aon to easily change the scope of services to respond to changing business needs. The contract involves the transfer of over 100 existing Aon employees to employment with Johnson Controls.
