America Online Inc is to open a $16m technical support center in Albuquerque by November 1, creating 1,050 jobs for technicians. The company received $2.9m In-Plant Training funds and plans to hire 125 workers initially and add 50 to 80 monthly until it gets to 1,050 with an estimated annual $20m payroll.
