Creative Resources Inc, Westport, Connecticut has signed a letter of intent with Columbine Venture Fund I Ltd, US West Master Trust and The Masters Fund, three venture capital investors that collectively own 73% of Annatek Systems Inc, to buy all their interests in Annatek, a developer of computer communications software in Boulder, Colorado: the purchase price for all the outstanding Annatek securities is $7m, which will be paid in cash, Creative Resources paper and royalties from sales of Network Navigator.
