Global networking equipment distributor Anixter International SA, Brussels, Belgium is restructuring its European operation into two business organizations: a Distribution Business Unit and Network Integration Unit. The organizations will be totally independent, responsible for their own management structures, business and revenue objectives. The distribution unit will handle the company’s value-added operation with partners that include AT&T Corp, 3Com Corp, Digital Equipment Corp and Bay Networks Inc. The Network unit will be responsible for providing services to multinationals that require integrated network systems.
