At the heart of W.A.T.C.H. TV’s broadband wireless network is the SkyPath System supplied by Andrew Corporation’s Broadband Wireless Systems Group. This turnkey system, utilizing proven MMDS technology, includes a Vyyo platform employing the cable industry’s DOCSIS standard and is capable of using DOCSIS compatible modems. The SkyPath System employs multi-modulation for improved coverage in areas of challenged line-of-sight.
