Andersen Consulting has signed a reseller agreement with Objective Systems Integrators Inc (OSI), of Folsom, California. Under the deal, it will market OSI’s NetExpert network management software to service providers and businesses with large networks as part of Andersen’s Network Support Solutions and Interactive Multimedia Solutions. NetExpert monitors, detects and reports network problems and, says the company, has recently been expanded to include performance, configuration and service- activation applications in order to integrate operations support systems for major networks. Andersen plans to make NetExpert part of its business integration service offering, and will target the telecommunications, cable and wireless markets, as well as the corporate and government markets.
