Noise Cancellation Technologies Inc, Stamford, Connecticut has formed an equally-owned joint venture company with Analog Devices Inc to develop active noise and vibration cancelling chip sets to replace 80% of the parts used in board-level active noise reduction systems; Analog Devices will complete the design and development of the chip sets, which incorporate technology developed by Noice Cancellation, and will manufacture the devices.
