By CBR Staff Writer

General Dynamics, which called in First Boston to help it find a buyer for its San Diego, California manufacturer of computer-output microfilm and non-impact page printing systems manufacturer Datagraphix Inc in October (CI No 552), has now found a buyer: we gather NCR was interested, but the business is on its way to software and computer services house Anacomp Inc of Indianapolis, Indiana, which has definitive agreement to buy it on undisclosed terms; Datagraphix employs 2,500 people and made $10m profits on sales of $239m in 1986.
