AMSTRAD TO USE UKP7M TO SEND-OFF ITS PC2000 SERIES

By CBR Staff Writer

Amstrad Plc has set aside UKP7m to be spent between now and May to give its PC2000 series of professional microcomputers a good send-off: I think more carefully therefore I Amstrad is the snook the company is cocking at IBM in its press campaign, which will highlight the fact that you get more features in a PC2086 at UKP750 than you do in a UKP1,422 IBM PS/2 Model 30; there will also be a television campaign.
