Amstrad UK appears to be taking note of dealer complaints about the level of its support and maintenance area and the company is making a major reorganisation of its spare parts operation: from the end of June the company’s entire spares activities will operate from a new facility at its Staffordshire location to be known as Amstrad Spares and parts will be actively marketed, meriting a new logo and banner.
