Accompanying its results – figures and discussion, page three Amstrad Plc announced that it will follow the creation of Amstrad GmbH in Frankfurt with subsidiaries in Belgium, Holland and Australia. The West German unit can phase in products only as the agreements with Schneider GmbH run out, which will happen during the current half. We expect the German company to be the largest contributor to the Group’s European sales within the next few years, declared Sugar.
