Alan Sugar may believe that his Amstrad Plc is worth only 30 pence a share – or that it was 15 months ago, but others have a rather more generous perception of the company: the shares were up a meaty 11% – fivepence – at 50 pence yesterday after a big order was placed for the March 50 pence call options.
