Corvus Systems Inc, San Jose, trading in Chapter XI bankruptcy protection, is working on a reorganisation plan likely to involve proposed sale of the company intact either to a venture capital group, or, more likely, another company and Electronic News says it has sounded out its newest major customer, Amstrad Plc. Corvus’ debt load virtually precludes any repayment plan.
