Amstrad Plc is being sued for over UKP100,000 – one report says it’s UKP500,000 – by PST (Trading) Ltd, which claims that it ordered 10,000 remaindered PC3286 personal computers and received fewer than 9,000 – and that 829 were second-hand, incomplete or defective: Amstrad says it has received the writ but is not making any comment on the issue.
