Amex and WILink to offer suite of communication services to public companies

Surrey, UK-based WILink will offer its PrecisionIR investor communication services to American Stock Exchange-listed companies as part of its new relationship with the trading market giant.

According to WILink, the program is aimed at helping public companies communicate more effectively with investors through increased visibility and web-based information services like investor relations web sites, corporate web casts and investor forums.

The software includes services such as web casts of quarterly earnings announcements, investor relations web site management, sector specific investor forums and an annual reports service, which are designed to provide users with direct access to news and information.
