The Edentify software is designed to detect, prevent, and monitor ID fraud and theft for America’s Community Bankers (ACB) members via three products based on its technology: ‘IDAssess’ performs a complete scan of members’ existing customer database, and provides the risk score associated with each customer’s identity. ‘IDScreen’ verifies the identity of every new ACB bank member applicant before the bank accepts them for business. ‘IDAlert’ monitors the risk score of members’ existing customers, and alerts the bank if any changes occur.
The product will not only help community banks protect themselves against fraud, but just as importantly will provide them with a quick and effective way to protect their customers from identity theft and fraud, said Diane Casey-Landry, ACB president and CEO.
