AMERICAN PHOENIX WINS MONGOLIAN WIRELESS DATA DEAL

American Phoenix Group Inc of Sunnyvale – which is changing its name to TAL Wireless Networks Inc, has a memorandum of understanding with Datacom Co Ltd of Ulan Bator, the capital of Outer Mongolia to install and operate a wireless data network that is to serve the country’s 21 largest urban centers.
