In the US, American Airlines has signed an agreement with ParcPlace Systems Inc to expand its use of Objectworks for SmallTalk-80 in its Sabre reservation services arm – ParcPlace will provide 80 run-time licenses and training courses; the airline is using object-oriented technology to build tools to navigate its huge decision databases.
