America Online Inc has teamed up with Viacom Inc’s MTV Networks to create an interactive on-line service for MTV viewers: America Online will provide its subscribers with exclusive MTV programming information, enable users to communicate directly with MTV’s The MTV Beach House summer studio, and other features in an on-line area to be devoted to the cable music channel.
