Millicom Inc has an amendment to its proposed UK Public Telecommunications Operator licence so as to allow it to deliver radio and television as well as telephony accepted by the UK government: Millicom wants to build and operate a broadband Code Division Multiple Access cellular network in the UK to the standrads developed by its PCN America subsidiary in the US.
